Discover the vast benefits nutritive herbs offer to promote optimal health and wellness, containing an array of minerals, vitamins, antioxidants, and other beneficial compounds. In this lecture and hands-on style class, we will cover the mineral profile, unique properties, and usage of five commercially available nutritive botanicals, make and sip infusions, make a rosehip jam, and practice the art and skill of combining herbs to create delicious and nutritious teas.
Registration includes a handout and recipes. We also highly recommend our optional Nutritive Herbs Ingredient Kit to explore the herbs with all of your senses during class. Kits can be purchased separately through the link below.
