Would you like to reduce inflammation and pain in the body, improve your mood and ability to adapt to stress, move stagnation, and tune into your intuition? When you nourish your gut, you increase vitality throughout the body and strengthen your immunity and resilience.
You are what you eat, or to be more precise, you are what you digest. In this course we will discuss herbs, food choices, lifestyle practices, and flower essences to help your gut microbiome, and hence your body, mind, and spirit, to thrive. We will dive into the importance of bitters, aromatics, and ferments to nourish you on your journey.
Registration includes a handout and recipes. We also offer an optional Nourish Your Gut Ingredient Kit for a multi-sensory experience to support a thriving microbiome. Kits may be purchased separately through the link below.
