Join herbalist Liz Philbrick and learn to make an immune boosting herbal syrup, just in time to support our health as we head into cold and flu season! Herbal syrups are made with herbs, water and honey, and are known to support the immune system or to alleviate a cough or sore throat. For this class, registration includes an ingredient kit to make an immune boosting syrup together during class, whether attending in person or live online through zoom. We will also discuss different applications of syrups and the therapeutic properties of herbs and ingredients used, and share a handout and recipes.

This class is being offered both In Person and Live Online through Zoom. Please use the drop down menu below to select the correct offering. Materials are included in the class cost.

For In Person Participants, these materials will be provided at the start of class. For Live Online participants, if you'd like your Ingredient Kit shipped to you to use during class, please order by Wednesday, November 2nd to plan for on-time delivery. Shipping costs for the included Ingredient Kit will be calculated at checkout.
