Interested in taking your herbal curiosities to the next level? In this class, we will learn about 15 herbs (western, eastern and local to Colorado) and how they are beneficial for the human body, including for the immune system, adrenals, the physical and emotional heart, nervous system, and more. We will discuss how to use herbs to balance hormones, help with sleep issues, mental health, stress, cold and flu symptoms, allergies, etc. Plus, you will learn different ways to incorporate herbs into your daily life with medicine and food recipes.
This lecture and demonstration-style class is perfect for the beginner enthusiast and will engage your mind and senses as we talk about each herbal ally, and sample various forms of the plants we discuss.
