Instructor: Cat Pantaleo M.A. Certified Clinical Herbalist, Nutritionist, and Forest Therapy Guide
A plant walk with longtime herbalist Cat Pantaleo is a beautiful blend of both intuitive and scientific ways of knowing the world. An opportunity not only to meet and learn about the abundance of green allies in your neighborhood and their medicinal properties and edibility, but an occasion to reestablish and honor the ancient human/plant relationship through slowing down and engaging your senses. Participants will also receive an introduction to plant family patterns, an extremely valuable tool that facilitates knowledge of an unfamiliar plant’s attributes and potential toxicity.
Walk Location: Eben G. Fine Park, Boulder, CO, 80302
Child Policy for Plant Walks: Children aged 8 - 11 may attend for free. Those aged 12+ are encouraged and need their own registration. We cannot accommodate children 7 and younger.
