New Ayurvedic Herb Section
We've made an effort to bring in the most frequently-requested
Ayurvedic herbs. Right now, we are stocking Amalaki fruit powder,
Arjuna Bark powder, Asafoetida. Ashwagandha, Bacopa, Boswellia,
Brahmi Leaf, Dashamula, Manjista Root, Shardunika Leaf. Shatavari,
Sitopaladi, Tricatu powder formula, Turmeric, and Triphala. We also
have a selection of Ayurvedic Massage Oils by Banyan Botanicals.
We want to continue to develop our Ayurvedic selection, so if you
don't see something you want, just ask!
Loose-leaf Tea Brewer
We have a new loose-leaf tea brewer that makes tea-brewing very
easy and convenient.
Add your herbs and hot water to the brewer.
Simply place the brewer on top of your cup for instant straining
directly into your cup.

Soap-making was never this easy! Try our all-natural melt and pour
soap. Simply melt the soup in the microwave or on the stove-top,
add your favorite essential oils, and pour into a mold. When it
solidifies, it will pop right out of the mold.

New Herbal Book
Released earlier this year, "The Desktop Guide to Herbal Medicine"
is a must-have resource for any herbal library. Written by renowned
local herbalist, Brigitte
Mars, it offers a concise, comprehensive guide to the vast array
of medicinal herbs that are now commonly available in North America.
Drawing on healing traditions from around the world, Brigitte presents
detailed monographs of more than 180 herbs, from the commonplace
tea and raspberry to the weedy dandelion and goldenrod to the more
exotic ho shou wu and zeodary. The monographs give a broad range
of information about the herbs, including their physiological effects,
constituents, energetics, historical and current medicinal uses,
other common uses, edible properties, natural range, and contraindications.
Just in time for the Holidays, we have packaged some delicious
